  We ordered a sunday roast. It took 50 minutes to come and we had small children with us, if they had warned us it would be this long we would have gone elsewhere. Staff seemed to not know where the tables were as they were wandering round looking for the numbers. When our food came it was cold... it tasted nice im sure it was amazing when it was warm... for what they charge the service is not great.

  This pub lives off it's riverside location alone. Consistently overpriced, mediocre food and terrible service. Always plenty of staff around but they're all to busy pushing buttons to serve. You need somehow find and lay claim to a table before ordering which makes it a logistical nightmare - and forget finding an outdoor table in the good weather, they only serve less than a third of them.
  £3 for a tiny bucket (rusty too!) of chips which consisted of one medium potato at most.
  Despite this being only a 3 minute walk from work, my colleagues and I no longer waste our money here - not even for a pint on the river.
